Most of these beautiful bungalows have spectacular views across the Bristol Channel on the most peaceful part of the estate

Each have an open plan living room, kitchen area, bathroom and toilet. All have 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and offer comfortable sleeping for 3 or 4 persons.

Each unit is completely detached and fully furnished. They are equipped with a colour television, electric cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, cooking utensils, bath with overhead shower and bedding including linen as standard. Please note, Towels and T towels are NOT provided

These large 3 bedroom bungalows are detached, and situated on the second row from the front. They also have views across the Bristol Channel. They are much larger and more spacious than the 2 bedroom bungalows and offer all the amenities of them but in addition have a separate dining area and 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two each have 2 single beds providing comfortable sleeping for up to 6 persons.

Like the 2 Bedroom Bungalow, it is fully furnished, and equipped with a microwave, bath with overhead shower and bedding, including linen as standard.

Unfortunately, we only have three of these properties for rental at present so it is essential to phone first to confirm availability to avoid disappointment. Please note, Towels and T towels are NOT provided

For persons between houses or maybe working in the area, this is the perfect flexable solution to your housing problems.

A Bond of £ 200.00 plus details of a valid Master, Visa or Switch Card is required to secure this type of booking. The rent is then automatically swiped every week until the key is returned.

The internal layout consists of two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), or 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 4 sinngle beds) kitchen, bathroom and toilet and offer comfortable sleeping for up to 4 ot 6 persons. Although bedding & linen are supplied, towels and T towels must be supplied by the hirer.
